Michael W. Binning
Michael W. Binning has been active in the legal community for more than 35 years, developing an impeccable reputation as an attorney of the highest standard. Mr. Binning has been rated “AV” by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, its most prestigious rating. He is a long-standing member of the Los Angeles County and Long Beach Bar Associations, as well as the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association. Mr. Binning is also recognized as a Master Bencher in the Joseph A. Ball/Clarence S. Hart Inn of Court, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Long Beach Legal Aid Society. Mr. Binning also currently serves as an instructor at Cerritos College in the Paralegal Studies Department.
Apart from his legal activities, Mr. Binning has been active in many other facets of the community. Since 1987 he has been a member of the Rotary Club of Long Beach, and has served as a past member of the Board of Directors for several organizations including: Leadership Long Beach, The Downtown Long Beach YMCA, Long Beach Red Cross, and the Long Beach Jewish Community Center

Mr. Binning focuses his practice on all areas of business law, civil litigation, and bankruptcy. His clients include small and large business owners, bankruptcy debtors and creditors, and sophisticated commercial real estate owners.
Mr. Binning is admitted to practice law in the state of California, including all Federal and state district courts. Additionally, Mr. Binning is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court, the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the US Court of Claims, and US Bankruptcy Courts.
